Who should bear the cost of non-use of car for delay in getting adjusters estimate?

Image
If it takes 23 days for Perodua to get an estimate from the adjuster and approval from the insurer, who bears the cost of CART (non-use of a car) by the party who is not at fault? Who can we complain to when Perodua keeps silent and does not answer emails? Not responding to emails appears to be a disease among civil servants and politicians even companies have learned this trick thinking that they can sweep matters under the carpet. Any advice from you will be appreciated.

Forgery by (Advocates) Inquiry Committee

From: luqman michel [mailto:luqmanm2002@yahoo.co.uk] Sent: Tuesday, 27 July, 2021 10:48 AM To: admin@sabahlawsociety.org Dear Exco members,   I complained to the Inquiry Committee about a legal firm in Kota Kinabalu in 2004. The case came up for mention only 15 years later, in 2019. After the case was heard it took another 21 months for the findings to be released.   A few questions that I would like you to investigate are: 1.        Why was my complaint shelved for 15 years and brought for mention only after 15 years? 2.        Why does it take 21 months for the findings to be released?

The Sting

Six members of the Inquiry Committee attended the hearing on 25.5.2019. However, there were altogether 8 signatories on the findings and dissenting rulings. Five (5) signatures on the ‘Findings’ and three (3) on the ‘Dissenting Rulings’. This is how the secretary of the Inquiry Committee had changed a ruling of 3 vs 3 to a ruling of 5 vs 3.

Inquiry Committee and Sabah Law Association. Below is my experience with the Advocates Inquiry Committee (Sabah). In July 2004 I wrote to the Inquiry Committee about a legal firm in Kota Kinabalu, which I believed had committed perjury and conflict of interest in handling a case for the then Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad which is currently under the CIMB group.
